Shipping
We ship using USPS and UPS. We will provide you with a tracking number once your package ships.
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days business days once payment is received.

This website is operated by The Only Soap and hosted by Go Daddy. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
You are engaged in our “Service” and agree to the following terms and conditions (Terms of Service), upon purchase. We reserve the right to change or update our Terms of Service.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you agree you are of legal age to make purchases and you agree such purchases are made from the state you designate.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Prices for our products may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product. We are not liable to any customer or third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of a product.
Online display of products are done as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee hand-made soaps will be exactly as pictured as small changes occur within each batch. Price listed is for a single bar unless otherwise stated in the description.
We reserve the right to refuse an order placed. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased at any time. Should we need to make a change to an order, we will attempt to contact the customer at the phone number or email address provided.

The information on our website is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. This information has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our soaps are made with a selection of herbs, flowers, vegetable purées, essential oils, and other ingredients that have been shown to have health benefits in some studies. The Only Soap takes pride in producing highly quality bars used by its owner and family. Great care goes into every batch. Safe levels are followed through online lye & fragrance calculators using the most updated IFRA guidelines. The Only Soap is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Customers are encouraged to review ingredient lists and should not use any product for which there are known sensitivities. The Only Soap offers bars for those with sensitive skin! Since customers are making online purchases based upon scent descriptions, there may be times when the scent is not what was expected. The Only Soap cannot accept returns since we sell bath and body products. If there is something wrong with the product, we will replace or issue a refund. However, we cannot refund or replace if a customer does not like the scent. We do our best to select essential oil blends and safe fragrance oils shown to have a wide appeal.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us. While we cannot sell returned soaps, we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with a refund or replacement product.

You may return the item if defective, not what you ordered, or not as advertised, within two weeks of purchase.
Returned soap cannot be sold. However, we ask you return it close to the condition it was received so we can assess the issue.
Please state your reason for the return.
Upon receiving the product we will refund your money within 3 business days.
