We ship using USPS and UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

We strive to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. Because our soaps are handmade, variations in color, design, and appearance may occur from batch to batch. Unless otherwise stated, the listed price is for one bar of soap. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

Our soaps are handcrafted using carefully selected ingredients that may include herbs, flowers, vegetable purées, essential oils, fragrance oils, and other skin-loving ingredients. The Only Soap takes pride in producing high-quality products that are used and enjoyed by our own family. Every batch is made with care and attention to quality.

We formulate our products using reputable lye and fragrance calculators and follow current IFRA (International Fragrance Association) usage guidelines for fragrance and essential oils.

The Only Soap is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products. Customers are encouraged to review all ingredient information carefully and should discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Because scent preferences are highly personal and purchases are often made based on written descriptions, a fragrance may not smell exactly as a customer expected. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or replacements solely because a customer does not like the scent.

Due to the nature of bath and body products, used products cannot be returned for resale. However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
